#throwback to last Saturday and the HPL games in the Hout Bay Harbour between @houtbayunitedfootballcommunity and @capeumoyafc. It was a perfect day for playing soccer and the teams showed very attractive football. Cape Umoya FC came up twice as the winning team in the age groups U12's & U14's and were able to score a last minute equalizer in the U16's. But HBUFC's U18's made history in the last match of the day and take home the first HPL win in the team history. Well done to both teams!

It was such a beautiful day of high level competition on Saturday in Ocean View between Ubuntu Football and Ajax Cape Town.
It was such a special treat for Ubuntu to host games in Ocean View, their spiritual home. It showed the community the really high level the two teams play at and inspired youngsters to strive to reach that level.

Saturday marked the start of an exciting new chapt

Saturday marked the start of an exciting new chapter for HBUFC. The HBUFC Juniors played their first High Performance League fixtures, with the u12-u18s competing against Stellenbosch FC. Although results didn't go their way, it was a milestone for the club and great learning experience for the players. The day also saw Jude Samuels (u12) score HBUFC's first ever goal in the HPL, and the u18s collect the first point for the club in this league. Well done to both!

HBUFC look forward to taking part in this highly competitive league this season and seeing their players grow in their development. A huge thanks to the Stellenbosch FC's players, coaching staff and supporters- it was a pleasure for HBUFC hosting you!
